Kansas City, MO — June 17, 2026 — Agriculture Future of America (AFA) will celebrate its annual Day of Giving on July 15, raising support for leadership development programs, scholarships, career-building experiences and student access to industry connections.
Each contribution helps expand opportunities for college students to grow their confidence, clarify their career paths and build meaningful relationships across the agriculture, food and natural resources industries.
As part of this year’s campaign, AFA is partnering with AGCO, the AGCO Foundation, BASF, Farm Credit and Valent to amplify giving efforts. These organizations are encouraging employee giving and, in select cases, matching employee gifts to increase the impact of each contribution.
“Giving to AFA on Day of Giving is important to me because I know firsthand how much it can shape you. It built my confidence, connected me with people who are still part of my life today and pushed me to grow in ways I wouldn’t have otherwise,” said Brice Paster, Demand Creation Analyst at BASF and AFA Alum. “Investing in AFA means we’re investing in stronger, more prepared ag leaders for the future.”
This year’s Day of Giving carries special significance as AFA celebrates 30 years of developing transformational leaders for agriculture. In honor of the milestone, supporters are encouraged to participate in the “$30 for 30 Years” challenge by making a $30 gift, sharing the campaign and inviting others to join.
