Attendees are responsible for booking and financially supporting their travel to and from the AFA program unless they are a recipient of an AFA travel grant. They are responsible for their travel even in the event the program is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the cancelling attendee for payment to Agriculture Future of America.

• Fast Pass Only – July 19 – August 15: A fee of $50 will be assessed to you upon cancellation. 

• August 16 – September 2: A fee of $200 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.   

• September 3 – September 16: A fee of $200 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.   

• September 17 – Institute: A fee of $300 will be assessed to you upon cancellation.
